Before starting your plan, I will consult with you to understand your current fitness level, dietary habits, and overall goals. This will help me to design a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or get strong, I have a plan for you. After your 8 week plan is complete the option is there to carry on into one of my coaching packages!
Please note that my 8 week plans don't include any coaching, it's just a plan and it's up to you to follow it and make the progress. However, I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the plan.
