Coaching Package – BRONZE – Nutrition/Training

With this option you get Personalised Nutrition and Training plans with MONTHLY check ins and updates. You will have access to my FCPT app, where all exercises have video demonstrations, and all your training and progress records are kept. NOTE: The purchase price is a one off set up fee. The fee to cover ongoing coaching is $30.00 per week/$120 per month, and arranged after the initial payment has been paid and your first training and nutrition plans are set up.
