From there, I create a personalized workout and nutrition plan that is sustainable, realistic, and tailored to their specific goals.
I also provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the coaching process. This includes regular check-ins to track progress and make adjustments as needed. I also provide accountability and motivation to help my clients stay on track and reach their goals through either weekly, or monthly check ins. In addition to coaching, I also provide education on the importance of rest, recovery, and self-care.
